How it Works

BoxClever RTC is specifically designed for users of IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC v3 and v2), and runs as a process template inside RTC.

Built on a proven process kernel, BoxClever acts as a simple executable model of an agile software development project. This gives project teams a consistent mechanism to plan, drive, and track progress towards a successful project outcome. The process kernel includes a distilled model of critical, headline project information that teams must collaboratively capture, communicate and agree with key stakeholders to ensure that they rapidly converge on an accurate business solution. It also provides simple waypoints and checklists to ensure the project is progressing in a visible and controlled way towards a successful outcome.

BoxClever is deployed as a simple and attractive project dashboard that acts simultaneously as a collaboration and communication environment and a project health, progress and compliance monitor. Templated adapters enable projects to comply with existing compliance regimes and project control frameworks without impacting the development team’s ability to run ‘fast and light’ as a highly responsive and agile value-delivery shop.

BoxClever is available in two different versions – BoxClever Wiki and BoxClever RTC.

BoxClever Wiki is a standalone version of BoxClever that runs on MediaWiki.

BoxClever RTC is specifically designed for users of IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), and runs as a process template inside RTC.

Both variants provide a simple navigable portal housing essential project information as well as templated compliance plans for enabling agile projects to prove compliance with quality, compliance and maturity frameworks and models including CMMI.
