Sion Roberts - CEO
Sion’s career in the Software Applications business spans 20 years, during which time he has worked in a number of roles including application development, consulting, sales / marketing and senior leadership. Prior to joining Ivar Jacobson Management Team, Sion ran the EMEA Industry Consulting function for EDS, an HP company where he was responsible for all aspects of applications growth and consulting for a number of commercial sectors. Before EDS, Sion held a number of senior roles at Fujitsu, 7-24 Solutions and Post Software International.

Ivar Jacobson - Founder and Chairman
Dr. Ivar Jacobson is a father of components and component architecture, use cases, the Unified Modeling Language and the Rational Unified Process. He has contributed to modern business modeling and aspect-oriented software development. However, all this is history. Lately he has been working on how to deal with methods and tools in a super-light and agile way. He has developed a practice concept that is now being adopted by both developers and tool vendors. Now he is one of the leaders of a worldwide network Semat, which has agreed to revolutionize software development.
He is also the principal author of six influential and best-selling books.
Ivar Jacobson is the chairman of Ivar Jacobson International which has subsidiaries in the US, UK, The Netherlands, China, Singapore, Sweden and Canada.

Rick Morrow - CFO
Rick has spent more than 25 years working in various finance roles with publicly traded, high technology, international companies. He started his career in public accounting then moved to industry where he worked with a large defence company. Rick later took a position at GSI Group (then Lumonics) where, following a merger of Lumonics and General Scanning, he became Controller of the company’s largest business unit. From there, he moved to JDS Uniphase where he spent more than seven years—mostly as Director of a major business unit. He has also worked as an independent consultant. He is a Certified General Accountant based in Ottawa.

Agneta Jacobson - VP of Sales
Agneta co-founded and was the CEO of Jaczone from April 2000 to May 2007, at which point the company was acquired by Ivar Jacobson International. Previously, Agneta held various roles at Rational Software including those of Director of Process Development, Process Engineer and Key Account Manager for the Nordic region. Agneta is a worldwide speaker at software development seminars and conferences and co-author of the book The Object Advantage: Business Process Engineering with Object Technology by ACM. Agneta has a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Linköping in Sweden. She has been developing solutions for software development for 20 years.

Ian Spence - CTOIan is CTO and Chief Scientist at Ivar Jacobson International where he specializes in large-scale agile adoptions and practice-based organizational change. An experienced agile coach he has worked with 100s of projects to introduce iterative and agile practices, working with development teams ranging from 5 – 150 people. He has also led numerous successful, large-scale transformation projects in fields as diverse as government, telecommunications, finance, and internet start-ups, working with development organization of 5 – 5,000 people. His current interests are agile for large projects, agile out-sourcing, and driving sustainable change with agile measurements.
He is also the co-author of two influential software development books, "Use Case Modeling" and "Managing Iterative Software Development Projects", and the team lead for the development of the SEMAT kernel.
