Developers
- Academic degree in computer science or related field
- High intellectual horsepower, i.e., strong analytical skills and intelligence and the ability to apply it constructively in work situations
- Excellent coding abilities in C# or Java.
- Experience of server side development (Java) or client side development with Eclipse/RCP and/or C#/Windows Forms. We need both.
- Have worked with XML and XML access models including DOM
- Mind set on quality, pays attention to detail
- Predictable behavior, follows agreed requirements, designs etc.
- Outspoken, i.e., speaks their mind freely but listens to other to find common agreement
- Driven by sense of accomplishment, wants to create excellent products used by many across the globe
- Additional technical skills in a subset of the following areas:
- Database development
- JavaScript/AJAX
- Addin development for Eclipse, Visual Studio, or Microsoft Office
- RUP / Scrum / XP
- MSI-based installers
- Experience of working with the Eclipse stack of products EMF, GEF, UML2, GMF
- Client development experience
- Visual Studio Team System
- Modeling
- CM systems
- Build technologies such as Make and Ant.
