Introduction to EssUp Course
Objectives
This 2-day class will introduce EssUP and demonstrate techniques for how to implement a practice based approach within a project. Upon completion of the course participants will understand:
- Fundamentals and principals of the process
- How the practices provide the jigsaw pieces of the process
- The role of the process kernel
- The role of the competencies within the practices
- How to compose the process from the practices
- Concepts of process patterns How to implement practices on a project
- How to use the cards
- Tracking status of a project through the kernel
- How EssWork can support authoring, composing and deploying of practices
