Building software requires the application of tools, processes, and people. Organizations can have great tools, great people, or great processes, but if any of them are weak, it adversely affects the whole program. Good software development requires a balance between these three areas. But balance is hard. This presentation describes how balance was created at Citi Cards, providing a framework that enables all three areas to be appropriately focused on.
