Few software development projects are undertaken in isolation; typically they are commissioned by an overarching business project or programme.  This case study examines the impact that the Inland Revenue’s (the UK’s IRS and one of Europe’s largest RUP adopters) adoption of RUP had upon the management of their business projects.
