Agile Requirements with Use Cases

Presented by David West

Use Cases are often described as a heavyweight way of describing requirements and are associated with approaches such as the Unified Process and techniques such as the UML.  In this webinar we describe how Use Cases can fit nicely into an Agile or SCRUM oriented approach to software development discussing how you can use the different levels of Use Case detail to manage the different needs within a project allowing a truly agile approach to requirements management.  The presentation is based on practical experience in applying Use Cases in a SCRUM organization and uses those experiences to build out some practical guidelines which can then be applied.

The webinar has four sections;

1.  Adapting use case models and specifications
2.  Being agile with use cases.
3.  Use Cases and other agile requirements techniques
4.  Achieving agility with use cases
