Having an expert on hand to ensure that the software development process is applied properly, to prevent common mistakes or to provide practical help, is the quickest route to improved productivity. Our on-site mentors are your friends, teachers, leaders and a source of practical help. We have people with many different specialisms, covering requirements and use cases, design, architecture through to project management and implementation issues - the full lifecycle is covered. In their spare time our consultants write and improve process material and present to software development conferences around the world.
All of our mentors have a great deal of practical experience covering the roles used within software development, analysts, developers, or managers. Getting Started
It is vital that our consultants understand your current status. To do this we provide a workshop at which we will discuss the needs with the project team members present. We will help identify some possible gaps and solutions. This can lead to a more in-depth assessment or an engagement that will help implement the changes identified.
