Work Packages
Work Packages are our way of trying to give you everything you need to achieve the process development improvement you desire, all in one “Pack”. Essentially they are a bundle of services and products that, from experience, we think you will need to achieve success in a particular area. Prior to the introduction of packages, we often found that organizations only achieved partial success from the disparate service products on offer. Experience has shown that real success is achieved only when the process improvement activity, training provision, mentoring and tool support is properly planned, interleaved and delivered as the target delivery project lifecycle unfolds.
Packages give you the perfect start, providing process content along with a skilled consultant to guide your team. Each package comes with the relevant cards and guidelines from the Essential Unified Process, in essence, a one-stop shop for process content, quality services, training and where appropriate, supporting software development tool products.
Which packages are right for your organization? Contact us by e-mail from our web form or telephone if you want to discuss a particular package or have us create a bespoke one to meet your specific needs.
