Better Collaboration between IT and Business Team Members

In the new era of car-making, Ford Application Development knew that it needed a more agile approach to delivering value to the business in a better, faster and cheaper way. IJI is leading a two-pronged approach to Ford’s agile transformation: hands-on coaching of pilot teams, and the removal of barriers that would typically prevent follow-on teams from succeeding with agile. Ford is part way through the journey and have already seen extremely positive results, including better collaboration between IT and business team members, increased focus on delivering solutions more quickly, and an emphasis on ensuring that technology solutions solve the right business problems and deliver value.
