Customer reviews:

Plenty of real world examples from corporations across different domains.

Ian allows enough depth in conversations, without loosing the audience. Uses time-boxing and the parking-lot effectively to guide the audience through the material.

Excellent. As the course progressed we were able to concentrate more on the theory - and how it should be used in practice, which was really beneficial.
