On this course not only will you learn how to scale Scrum from Dr Jeff Sutherland, Scrum’s co-creator, but you will also gain early access to Ivar Jacobson International and Scrum.inc’s new Scrum@Scale Essence cards.

Scrum@Scale is unique amongst all the Scaling Frameworks in that:

1. It provides a lens to evaluate your current scaling activities and
2. It plays well with the other frameworks adding insight and value regardless of which Scrum-based framework, or approach, you are already using.

This course is unique in that it sees the launch of Scrum@Scale Essentials – a set of essence practices that complement the Scrum@Scale Guide, placing Scrum@Scale in the palm of your hand.

The core of the course is a series of on-line Essence-based games that bring Scrum@Scale to life. All attendees will get access to the new Scum@Scale Essence practices for use from computer or mobile, helping them to put what they’ve learnt in to action once they return to their teams and teams of teams. Our Scrum@Scale courses are interactive and teach how to scale Scrum through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies. Our instructors are S@S experts who, when not in the classroom, are actively coaching, training, and transforming teams at Fortune 500 companies around the globe. All of our instructors are trained and certified by the co-creator of Scrum and creator of Scrum@Scale, Dr. Jeff Sutherland.

As a Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner you will be prepared to:

• Facilitate cross team collaboration and release planning with ten, hundreds or thousands of people
• Create and prioritize a transformation Backlog to overcome impediments to scaling
• Measure and improve key Scrum metrics at an Enterprise level
• Deliver 5 times as much work without adding new teams

The Scrum@Scale® course teaches the responsibilities of the Product Owner, individual Scrum teams, and enterprise leadership in a variety of large-scale contexts.

Earn Scrum Education Units and Professional Development Units

Upon completion of this course and the official Scrum@Scale exam, Scrum Inc. will provide a Certified Scrum@Scale™ Practitioner certificate signed by the creator of Scrum. The Scrum Alliance has also approved Scrum@Scale as a Continuing Education course. You can get up to 16 Category B Scrum Education Units (SEUs) in addition to 16 Project Management Institute PDUs by participating in our two-day course.

Recommended Experience:

A two-day Certified Scrum Master Course or comparable real world experience implementing Scrum. Completion of a two-day Certified Scrum Product Owner course is encouraged but not required.
