The transformation of KPN's ITNL business has been a challenging but ultimately a highly rewarding journey. Working together with IJI, KPN has restored trust between IT and the business and dramatically improved the effciency and predictability of systems delivery. KPN has achieved improvements in performance that are clear and measurable, and enabled sustained adoption of new working practices by building its own in-house coaching communities.
