Richard is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Scrum at Scale Practitioner, with over 25 years of experience leading software development and delivery organisations across multiple industry sectors. Coming from a hands-on development and architecture background, Richard held the position of Director of Development for a leading academic publishing company before joining IJI. He is particularly creative in experimenting with new practices to drive organizational effectiveness and has been leading agile adoption in large and complex businesses for more than half of his career.
