SAFe Program Consultant
Tom currently provides on-site training, coaching, and mentoring in iterative/agile practices with emphasis on technical practices such as TDD, BDD, ATDD, Specification by example, FitNesse, Cucumber, Continuous Integration, and automation. Tom is experienced helping cross-functional teams make the transition to iterative/agile/lean principles and practices. He is able to coach all team roles in addition to middle and senior leadership.
