Patrick was a very good instructor indeed. His approach and patience was really appreciated. The class was small and fairly mixed in terms of experiences with SAFe (and indeed Agile). The instructor really managed to balance his delivery keeping both the experienced and less experienced attendees engaged. He also used real world experience to bring the subject to ‘life’. It was also apparent that he had experience of other methodologies other than SAFe and therefore could relate to questions raised by attendees.
Contexting with examples of client engagements from instructors helped provide clarity and understanding of principles explained in the Leading SAFe Training course.
