“I found the course extremely beneficial, and very well run. While I appreciate that some aspects of the course are harder to run and visualize while working remotely, I feel little if anything was lost in the translation, and it remained extremely effective. It was especially refreshing to have two trainers who are themselves consultants. I recently went on a similar course at another company. I was disappointed to find that the instructor was simply a personable, confidently spoken, “professional trainer”, who delivered the material set out before him but with no real world experience of its application. This is the exact opposite of my experience with Brian and Keith, who very clearly not only knew their subject but were able to draw on extensive case studies and experiences, thus bringing the material to life. Something that really impressed me was the quality of the “parking lot” experience at the end of the structured course. I do not recall seeing anything like this before. Naturally, things are taken “off line” to be picked up later, but the depth to which Brian and Keith went at the end of the course in exploring topics that people had flagged was really very impressive. Rather than simply reiterating or qualifying the materials already shown – which lazier instructors might have done – they really went into detail on topics, some that might even have been seen as periphery.
